There are three training sessions per week and everyone is welcome to train at all sessions. Requirements are targeted to individuals according to their grade but by having a mixed class, juniors feel the benefit of training with seniors. Class sizes are small and everyone is friendly and respectful.
- Monday 7:30-9:00pm (no training on bank holidays)
- Wednesday 7:30-9:00pm
- Saturday 12:30-2:30pm
The Saturday class, while still mixed, is especially suitable for beginners and young children.
The club welcomes all ages from 5 upwards. All students have a great opportunity to be part of an organised trip to Japan each year to train with the world’s top instructors.
